Creating an account on this platform confirms that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms may change at any time — the version published on this page is the one that applies, and continued use of the platform means you accept any updates.
Eligibility
The minimum age to register is 18. Depending on your province of residence in Canada, a higher minimum age may apply under local legislation.
Players based in the following countries cannot register or deposit on this platform: Turkey, UK, USA, Netherlands, Ukraine, Lithuania, Slovakia, Curacao, Aruba, Sint Maarten, Singapore, Afghanistan, Jordan, Taiwan, Yemen, Oman, Syria, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Moldova, France, China and North Korea. This list may be updated without notice.
Confirming that online gambling is permitted in your jurisdiction before registering is your responsibility alone.
Your Account
- One account per person, per household, per email address, per phone number and per IP address
- Registration must use your real name — account details must be kept current and accurate
- Everything that happens under your login credentials is your responsibility
- Accounts cannot be sold, transferred or made available to any other person
- We reserve the right to close any account at any time without advance notice
Account closure requests go to [email protected]. Any remaining balance and pending withdrawals must be resolved before the account can be closed.
Accounts with no login activity for 180 days are classified as inactive. A monthly administration fee of C$8 applies from that point. If the balance is below C$8, the full remaining amount is charged.
Verification (KYC)
Verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. The following documents must be submitted:
- Government-issued photo ID with your full name visible — passport, driver’s licence or national ID card
- Proof of address dated within the last 3 months — utility bill or bank statement
- A dated selfie holding your ID document, taken within the last 3 months
Documents must arrive within 30 days of our request. Accounts that do not provide documentation within that window may have withdrawal requests cancelled and the account closed. We process submitted documents within 10 business days in most cases.

Deposits and Withdrawals
- Minimum deposit: C$30
- Maximum deposit per transaction: C$5,000
- Withdrawals are reviewed by our finance team within 3 business days, Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT
- A minimum rollover of 3x the deposit amount applies before a withdrawal can be requested
- Withdrawals must return via the same method used for the original deposit where the payment provider allows it

Per transaction limit: C$634. Per 24-hour period: C$800.
Accounts with no completed KYC and no activity for 180 days may have pending transactions suspended and remaining balances liquidated at our discretion.
Refund Policy
Once deposited funds have been used in gameplay, they are not refundable. Any refund request must reach [email protected] within 24 hours of the transaction in question. All refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Bonus funds and associated winnings are deducted before any refund amount is calculated.
Bonuses and Promotions
Each promotion carries its own specific terms, published on the Promotions page. The following conditions apply across all bonus offers without exception:
- One bonus per person, household, IP address and payment method
- Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount
- Bonus validity: 10 days from the point of activation — 30 days for sports bonuses
- Maximum bet while wagering is in progress: C$8
- Requesting a withdrawal before wagering is completed voids the bonus and all winnings tied to it
- Maximum withdrawal from free spin winnings on no-deposit offers: C$80
- Maximum withdrawal from bonus funds: 5x the bonus amount credited

Bonus abuse — including operating duplicate accounts, placing bets above C$8 during active wagering, deliberately delaying bonus game rounds or taking advantage of software errors — results in bonus cancellation and may lead to permanent account closure.
Bonus Shop
Coins accumulated on the platform can be exchanged for bonus money or free spins:
- Bonus money — 35x wagering requirement, 10-day validity, maximum release 5x the bonus amount
- Free spins — must be used within 7 days of purchase, winnings subject to 35x wagering, maximum release C$80
Coins are earned through the following:
- Every C$1,580 wagered generates 1 coin
- 5% of each deposit is credited as coins
- Completing achievements and finishing in ranked tournament positions
Prohibited Activities
The following will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to forfeiture of balances:
- Using the platform commercially or on behalf of a third party
- Fraudulent conduct — chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods or submission of false identity documents
- Coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage
- Using any automated software or external hardware to influence game results
- Money laundering or any other criminal activity
- Registering more than one account
- Deliberately exploiting bugs or errors in the platform software
We reserve the right to void winnings, seize account balances and report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no login activity for 90 consecutive days and no completed KYC may be closed at our discretion. Balances remaining in such accounts at the point of closure may be forfeited.
